I'm joining in this challenge being held by AJ. Its pretty simple; sew more fabric than you buy. I like this idea, because its not about banning fabric purchases. I can still purchase fabric I think is to die for, or just the right fabric to finish off a project. But at the end of the year I aim to have much less stash than I have right now.
So far I haven't made any purchases of fabric in 2013 and have sewn up 2 yards of knit fabric into undies. I have also cut up about 8 yards of fabric for a quilt top, so I'm off to a good start. It helps that I have my 2013 WIP list to keep my motivated.
There aren't any strict rules to this challenge, its up to you how you keep tabs on how much fabric gets used up. Where possible I am going to tally up yardage required before the project starts, but in the case of scraps (scrap quilts etc). I might weigh the finished flimsy and calculate the yardage based on an average weight of 1 yard of fabric.
In my side bar I will set up a widget that will keep tabs of fabric out (completed projects) and fabric in (purchases).

Wonder if you'll ace this challenge like the last one!
I'm not buying any fabric all year if I can help it! I've got so much, that even if I "need" a coordinate, I reckon I can make do with something else (even if it means putting off some things until next year). I'm destashing, and exercising extreme self control!!
If I had a blog, I'd sign up!
Good luck Millie!!
